Housed in the culturally rich district of Kampong Glam, Flying Monkey offers authentic Pan-Indian cuisine with a pinch of excitement.


The restaurant brings the fun back into dining— serving casual, quirky dishes as well as a belly-rubbing good line up of classic cocktails with an Indian twist.

With two 500ºF charcoal tandoors in our kitchen, experience dishes that are charred from the hot coals and come out Tandoor tender.

Flying Monkey’s menu is served up by a team of chefs with strong traditional backgrounds and Five-star restaurant experience who are led by Head Chef Azad Kalam. 

Flying Monkey boasts a series of cocktail that are fused with Indian flavours and Head Bartender Kannan aka “The Beard” ensures diners will enjoy memorable drinks that will have them coming back for more.
